Fear and Anxiety is a normal response a person has when facing a perceived threat which results in fight, flight or freeze response in order to keep them safe. However if you worry excessively or feel anxious with no real threat or long after the threat has been removed you may need professional help.

During our sessions I utilise Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, EFT, Time line therapy and hypnotherapy to help you problem solve, relax and recognise the difference between helpful and unhelpful patterns of thinking so that you can take back control of your life.
